Adult stem cells are found in various tissues and have the ability to differentiate into a limited range of cell types. Totipotent stem cells have the highest potential for differentiation and can develop into any type of cell, as well as into extraembryonic tissues such as the placenta. Multipotent stem cells can differentiate into a limited number of cell types, typically within a specific tissue or organ. **

To determine if the BMX chain is loose, you should check if there is excessive slack in the chain. A loose chain may make a rattling or clunking noise when riding, and it may also cause the chain to skip or slip off the gears. You can also check the tension of the chain by pressing down on it at the midpoint between the front and rear sprockets. If there is too much movement, then the chain is likely loose and may need to be adjusted. **
